About ST789
What began as a simple idea to deliver the best casino experience for Malaysian players has grown into the most trusted online entertainment platform in the country, with over half a million active members nationwide.
Who We Are
ST789 is more than just another online gaming site. We are a community built on trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to delivering the best entertainment experience to every Malaysian seeking world-class casino thrills from the comfort of their home or smartphone.
Since launching in 2018, ST789 has come a long way — from a modest platform with a handful of live baccarat tables to a full-fledged entertainment ecosystem now encompassing Live Casino, slots, roulette, poker, lottery and badminton Sports Betting. This growth didn't happen by chance. It is the result of a team that has never stopped pushing to meet and exceed the expectations of every member.
What sets ST789 apart from other platforms is our deep understanding of what Malaysian players actually need. We know you want a straightforward deposit process using Touch 'n Go or DuitNow, a user-friendly Bahasa Melayu interface, customer support available at any hour and, most importantly, a platform that is completely fair and trustworthy.

Our Advantages
Six core pillars that define ST789's identity and commitment to every one of our members.
All personal data and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same level of security used by Malaysia's leading banks. Our systems undergo quarterly security audits to ensure there are no exploitable vulnerabilities. You can play with peace of mind knowing your information is always safe with us.
ST789 fully supports Malaysia's digital payment ecosystem. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX online banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are processed in MYR with no foreign exchange charges or hidden fees.
The ST789 support team is available around the clock — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. You can reach us via live chat directly on the platform, WhatsApp, or email. All our support agents are fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and trained to resolve any issue promptly, whether it involves your account, deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
All online games at ST789 use random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited by international certification bodies. This ensures every slot spin, every card dealt in poker and every roulette outcome is genuinely random. For baccarat and Live Casino games, real dealers handle all the action — eliminating any doubt about manipulated results.
ST789's server infrastructure is built to handle hundreds of thousands of concurrent users without interruption. Live dealer video streams are delivered in HD with ultra-low latency. Our platform is optimised for Malaysia's 4G and 5G networks — you can play live baccarat or catch a live badminton match from anywhere in the country, with no frustrating lag.
ST789 values every member with an ongoing rewards program. New members receive a Welcome Bonus of up to RM500 on their first deposit. Active players accumulate VIP points redeemable for cashback, additional deposit bonuses, and access to exclusive tables. Weekly promotions, freeroll tournaments, and special rewards tied to Malaysian public holidays make every day on ST789 more exciting.
ST789 started with one clear vision — to give Malaysians access to a world-class casino experience that is safe, fair, and easy to use in their own language. When the platform first launched in 2018, the Malaysian online casino market was still nascent and filled with questionable options. Players were stuck dealing with foreign platforms that offered no local payment support, no Bahasa Malaysia customer service, and often raised serious safety concerns. ST789 was built to change all of that.
In the early years, ST789 prioritised quality over quantity. We offered only a select number of live baccarat tables from one of the world's leading providers, Evolution Gaming, and made sure every aspect of the player experience — from registration to winnings payout — ran flawlessly. That approach proved sound. Players began to trust ST789, shared their positive experiences with friends and our community grew organically, without having to rely solely on large-scale marketing.
By 2020, ST789 had expanded its game library with the addition of poker, roulette, jackpot slots, number lottery and Sports Betting. The addition that resonated most with Malaysian users was the badminton betting section — a decision that reflects our deep understanding of the sporting passions of Malaysians. Badminton is more than a sport in this country; it is a source of national pride. When Lee Zii Jia competes on the international stage, millions of Malaysians watch with tremendous excitement. ST789 added a new dimension to that experience by giving badminton fans a more meaningful way to show their support for their champions.
One of ST789's biggest technical achievements is its seamless integration with Malaysia's digital payment ecosystem. In the early days, many players struggled to make deposits on online casino platforms due to a lack of convenient local payment options. ST789 solved this by building direct integrations with Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay and the FPX network covering virtually all major Malaysian banks. Now, depositing at ST789 is as easy as paying for teh tarik at a warung with a QR code — in under a minute, your funds are in your ST789 account and you're ready to head to your table of choice.
Security is an absolute priority in every decision made by the ST789 team. We never compromise on security in the name of speed or profit. 256-bit SSL encryption protects all communication between your browser or app and ST789's servers. Our fraud detection system continuously monitors account activity to identify any signs of unauthorised access. Two-factor authentication is available for all members who want an extra layer of protection. Most importantly, ST789 never stores your credit card information or banking details — all payments are processed through certified third-party payment gateways.
The ST789 VIP Program is designed to ensure loyal players are rewarded in proportion to their dedication. Every ringgit you wager at the baccarat table, on slot machines, or in poker tournaments earns VIP points redeemable for a range of exclusive benefits. VIP tiers start at Silver, progressing through Gold and Platinum, all the way up to the most exclusive Diamond tier. Each level unlocks better perks — from weekly cashback and higher deposit limits to access to exclusive tables, personalised birthday gifts, and a dedicated account manager available directly to Diamond members.
ST789 is also deeply committed to responsible gambling. We believe entertainment should remain enjoyable and never become a financial or psychological burden. To that end, we provide tools that allow players to set daily or weekly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and, if needed, take a break from the platform for a set period. Our team is also trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to offer appropriate support to any member who needs it.
Today, ST789 stands as one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms, with over half a million registered members from Perlis to Semporna. We're not stopping here. The st789 development team continues to work hard to introduce new games, improve the user experience and ensure our platform stays relevant and competitive. Thank you for being part of this remarkable journey — you, our loyal players, are the reason ST789 keeps growing and moving forward.
ST789 never sells or shares members' personal data with any third party. All information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and managed in accordance with a strict privacy policy.

These five core values are more than words — they are the foundation of every policy, product and decision we make.
ST789 operates with full transparency. Our terms and conditions are written in plain language with no hidden clauses. The return-to-player (RTP) rates for all games are available for public reference. We believe players who understand how games work are happier and more responsible players.
Responsible gambling is not just a section on our website — it is a core value that shapes how we design our products and train our team. We provide gaming limit tools, self-exclusion programmes and support for players who need assistance.
The online entertainment industry moves fast, and ST789 has always stayed ahead of the curve. From pioneering local eWallet payment integration in Malaysia to offering real-time live Sports Betting on badminton — we never stop looking for ways to deliver a better experience.
ST789 is more than a platform — it's a community. From seasoned baccarat players in Kuala Lumpur to first-time badminton fans in Kota Kinabalu, every member is part of the ever-growing ST789 family that continues to support one another.
Trust is ST789's most valuable asset. We have never delayed a legitimate payout, never altered terms after a bet has been placed and always put our members' interests first in every business decision we make.
ST789 is built for Malaysia. Bahasa Melayu as the platform's primary language, MYR as the sole currency and local payment methods that suit the needs of Malaysians — none of this is accidental; these are deliberate choices we made with full conviction.
